The easiest way is right here on our website. You can pay via debit or credit card using our secure server, via telephone (0845 257 3096) or using a cheque/postal order by post.

How long does delivery take?

 

It will depend on the item ordered. Generally speaking the larger the item the longer the delivery. Most toys are delivered next day via Interlink Express, whereas furniture may take slightly longer (7-10 days). Our customer service department can provide delivery forecast and tracking information for all orders. Which couriers do you use?

 

The vast majority of our products ship via Interlink Express which  ensures a quality and traceable service. The system also allows customers to receive delivery information via mobile phone text message or e-mail and adjust their delivery to meet their requirements. For larger items we use a variety of methods but will always ensure the customer is contacted prior to the item being delivered.

We also have contracts with a number of other household name couriers including FedEx, UPS, AMTRAK and ParcelForce to assist durring busy periods.

What is your returns policy?

 

Should you find your item damaged in any way upon delivery we will arrange and pay for collection and deliver a replacement at the same time. To arrange a damage return please contact customer services on 0845 257 3096.
